My NCAA Football Top 25 – Week 14

RK (LW) School Comment
1 Alabama One of the only time’s you will ever hear me say this: Roll Tide. I hate florida.
2 Texas The Longhorns got ripped off in the BCS, but in the WaB Standings they’re still #2.
3 Oklahoma The Sooners finished ahead of Texas in the BCS Standings by 0.0128, and despite losing the head-to-head matchup they will be traveling to Kansas City to face Mizzou in the Big 12 Championship.
4 florida I don’t even have anything to say. I really hate them.
5 Utah The Utes are anxiously awaiting their at-large BCS Bowl bid.
6 Southern California The Trojans are looking to beat cross-town rival, UCLA and win the PAC-10 for the seventh straight year.
7 Pennsylvania St It looks like the Nittany Lions will be facing USC in the Rose Bowl.
8 Texas Tech It’s been over a third of a century since the Red Raiders won 11 games in a season. Tip of the hat to them.
9 Boise St. The Broncos have won yet another WAC Title, but they can only hope it’s enough to get them into a BCS Bowl.
10 Ohio St. The Buckeyes are hoping that they can sneak into a BCS Bowl.
14 TCU The Horned Frogs defense ranks second nationally in both points and yards allowed.
15 Ball St. The Cardinals will face Buffalo on Friday in the MAC Championship.
16 Cincinnati The Bearcats are Big East Champs.
22 Georgia Tech The Yellow Jackets beat Georgia for the first time since 2000.
13 Oklahoma St. The Cowboys have lost three of their last five.
20 Oregon The Ducks won in Corvallis for the first time since 1996.
11 Georgia What happened to these preseason favorites?
19 Boston College The Eagles face Virginia Tech on Saturday in the ACC Championship game.
12 Missouri The Tigers rank 116th in the nation in passing defense, giving up 277 yards per game through the air and now they have to face Sam Bradford and company in the Big 12 Championship.
18 Brigham Young Cougars receiver, Austin Collie has flown under the radar but has a nation leading 1,419 receiving yards to go with 95 catches and 15 Tds.
21 Michigan St. Javon Ringer has had 370 rushing attempts this season. That’s a lot.
29 Mississippi The Rebels held Mississippi State to NEGATIVE 51 yards rushing and only gave up 37 total yards. That’s disgusting. The Rebels rank 5th in the nation in run defense.
25 Pittsburgh LeSean McCoy said he’s not going to the NFL because he feels that there is still more that he want to accomplish at the college level. That’s good news for Panthers fans.
24 Northwestern The Wildcats haven’t won a bowl game since 1949. They’ll try to change that this year.
28 Iowa The Hawkeyes just beat Minnesota in Minnesota 55 to 0. That’s good enough to bump them into my top 25, and allow me to give a quick congratulations to Christian Ballard.
