Alright, I’m a day late on this because I’m lazy and I’ve been playing lots of video games. I did get this entered in the official site, though, so good for me.
Anyway, here’s last week’s poll and here’s this week’s poll:
Dropped Out: Houston, North Carolina
No changes at the top. Everyone wins by a huge margin means no one moves.
Iowa drops 9 spots for losing to Arizona. They also lost running back Jewel Hampton for the season again. The Hawkeyes will have ample opportunity to rebound when they get into Big Ten play.
Oklahoma gets dropped a bit for an uninspiring win over Air Force. That’s their second clunker in three games. They need to figured some things out quickly.
Nebraska and Texas are the beneficiaries of the Hawkeyes’ and the Sooners’ drop, but don’t call me sold on either team just yet.
Same thing for LSU and Arkansas. Both teams will get a chance to prove themselves to be legit with the Crimson Tide headed west to Fayetteville while the Tigers will get a visit from West Virginia.
Arizona jumps 10 spots to #13 after their big win. Iowa is a favorite on this blog, so their win probably gets them moved up too far. Oh well, it’s my blog so I do what I want with it.
Wisconsin drops five after generally failing to impress in any way, shape, or form over the last three weeks.
USC drops four for the same reason as the Badgers.
Michigan drops three for their awesome game against UMass.
Our newcomers are Nevada who blasted California last week and Michigan State who needed that crazy overtime ending against Notre Dame to stay perfect. They get that #25 spot for having iron balls.
North Carolina State and Mizzou also got consideration.
As always, disagree with us in the comments.
