With the NBA season tipping off tomorrow, I thought it appropriate that we put up an NBA related post. Seeing as how I don’t really follow the NBA closely at all, I can’t give you predictions for how teams will do, or give any sort of insight to break down the strengths and weaknesses of each team. So instead, I decided to throw out a preseason All-Rookie Team. I’m not going to do it by first team, second team and third team though. Instead I will simply put up a 15-man roster. While doing some brief research, I came across my first hurdle of forming an All-Rookie team: Is Greg Oden considered a rookie? He was in the NBA last year but didn’t play due to injury. In the end I decided that he should be considered a rookie mainly because he is still eligible for all rookie awards, but I will put in a replacement player at the bottom for those of you who disagree.

|**Replacement for Greg Oden|
The starters are the first five listed and are noted with asterisks. The rest of the players are simply in order by height from shortest to tallest to simplify things, and as I promised, if you don’t think Greg Oden should be considered a rookie, I added Roy Hibbert to the group. Later this week I might try to put together my All-Time NBA Team, just to throw out something new.
Let me know who you think will win NBA’s Rookie of The Year Award this season:
